- If your custom Southtree box has not been fulfilled yet, our team can help cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- If we’ve already created and shipped your custom Southtree kit, you can cancel and receive a refund, less shipping, within 30 days of your order date.
- If you’ve already sent us your Southtree kit filled with analog media, your order cannot be canceled.
- If you've purchased an E-deal or General Spending voucher you no longer wish to redeem, please reach out to us within 15 days of purchase to receive a refund.
